A world renowned engineering organisation Karus™ provided a new suite of software to enable the company to access all equipment specifications that have been developed. The software produces a number of detailed reports in various file formats to enable linking to other applications within the organisation.

Barclays Bank - Staff Recruitment Software

Karus™ developed a suite of software for Barclays Bank to enable them to recruit most of the staff for Barclaycall Call Centres.This enabled Barclaycall to reduce recruitment time from 6 months down to two weeks. Users are able to setup job descriptions, campaigns, advert details, automatic generation of acceptance/decline letters and produce comprehensive management reports. The system also incorperated psychometric testing linked to job profile.

Biwater Industries (Clay Cross) - Quotation-Order Processing System

Software designed for Biwater Industries’ manufacturing facility in Chesterfield, allows quotations to be generated in different currencies for the firm’s worldwide customer base. Additionally, Karus™ developed the software so that quotations can be transferred to Biwater’s Unix-based manufacturing facility when the quotes are converted to orders.
